Flo comes with a free email account for you.  Your name @ flomail.net.

Flo Emails can connect all of your third-party email accounts in one place. Including Google, Apple, Yahoo, and other accounts. 

The Flo Email tool offers advanced productivity features that can save you time and make you more efficient. These include a unique chat-style view that organizes threads visually, a 'send and forget' feature that tracks what you send automatically and reminds you of expected responses, and our unique QuickView feature, which vastly accelerates the speed with which you can plow through the morning avalanche of emails, without having to open a single one. It's a kind of Zero Inbox on steroids.

Not to over-use the word 'unique', but you can create linked events, tasks, and notes from any Flo email.  Then view those over in the calendar or in your task list.

The Flo Calendar is more than just a calendar. Yes, it can show all of your third-party calendars in one place, including Google, Apple, and Yahoo. But it does so much more. For example:

• You can insert any Flo Task into the calendar timeline to schedule it in your free time.
• Drag any Flo Task into the month calendar to assign a due date.
• Drag any Email into the calendar to schedule when to send a response. 
• View all your Notes in the calendar based on when they were created or updated.
• Send meeting event invitations to anyone - including people who still need to start using Flo.  We'll set up a free account for them.
• You can take notes directly from a Calendar event. View them in your Notes app.
• You can make follow-up lists and to-dos directly from a Calendar event and view them in your ToDo app as well.
• Schedule Flo video calls as well.

With Flo ToDo's, you can easily create anything from shopping lists to complex projects.  Here are some of the features that set Flo ToDos apart from other task management apps:

• Drag any Flo ToDo into the Calendar to schedule it.
• Create sub-lists inside a Todo. Promote any sublist item as it becomes more important.
• Add Todo's to any Collection.
• Track the status of any Todo: Needs Actions, In-process, Completed.
• Quickly select any group using the Star function.
• Organize tasks by size: big, medium, small.
• Filter and sort your lists by Collection, Due, Status, Star, or Size.

All Flo Apps are integrated with each other, so you can create to-dos and events from an email or notes from a meeting.

Flo Apps are open-standard compliant.  You can integrate any of your standard-compliant apps with Flo. For example, connect your Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo, and other email accounts with Flo and with each other through Flo. You can also add all your existing Calendars.

 

Flo Collections

Better than kludgy keywords, with Flo, you can Collect everything in one place, kind of like a music playlist, but for everything in your life: emails, notes, calendars, to-do’s, contacts, web docs, and websites, images, and video clips. You can also add the same item to multiple collections—smarter than folders, for sure.

Share everything from simple hobbies to complex projects - with your partner, your friends, your work team, or your entire company - even with the public at large. All through the simple workspace of a Flo Collection.

Flo Project Management

The big problem with project management apps is that they are designed for the pocket-protector brigade: you need an IT guy to configure everything, and a personal coach to explain how it all works. Flo has a different approach: project management needs not be complicated. If you can share a Collection with one person to collaborate on an idea, hobby, or homework, then you can as easily share a Collection with an entire team to build your Mars rocket. We take security seriously. All three founders have extensive cybersecurity backgrounds, so it's not as simple as making a secure app.   Beyond the OS-level security offered by our partners at Apple, FloVault offers added layers of security that include:
