We designed Flo around the notion of Collections as a flexible way to organize everything in one place. Now, Flo takes it one step further by making Collections shareable with anyone else.

Flo Shared Collections are designed to be easier, faster, and more collaborative than anything else on the market. Here's how they stand out:

1. Seamless Integration: All Flo Collections integrate your emails, calendars, tasks, notes, contacts, and documents into one unified platform. No more juggling multiple apps—everything you need is at your fingertips.
   
   
2. Effortless Sharing: Share your collections with just a few clicks. Whether it’s a work project, a family event, or a hobby, Shared Collections make it incredibly simple to collaborate and stay organized.
   
   
3. Real-Time Collaboration: Each Shared Collection includes a full communication suite: real-time group chat, video, and voice calls. Communicate and collaborate without switching between different apps, keeping everyone on the same page.

Invite your friends, family, classmates, or team members to a Collection, and they can join and collaborate with you.

First, create a new Collection in Flo Web or Flo Mac. Then, designate it as a Shared Collection. Then, invite others.  That's pretty much it. 

A few things to note:

• Be sure to invite people using their @flomail.net email address.
• If they do not yet have Flo, you can email them to their known email address.
• You cannot yet create a Shared Collection from Flo on your iPhone or iPad.  This feature is coming.

Calls, Chats, and Comments in Shared Collections

Chat

Each Shared Collection automatically comes with a chat panel. Here, all members can have an ongoing conversation about the Collection.

Calls

You can also make voice and video calls from the 'Calls' Collection at the top of the app.  (Soon, you will be able to make calls to our share group members, from within a Shared Collection.)

Commenting

Unique to Shared Collections is the ability to make a comment to any ToDo or Note, whether it was created by you or by someone else. In this way, you can have carry on individual conversations about specific topics or tasks. Agile project management users will recognize this as a key feature that facilitates collaboration at the story level.
